Next year will be the tenth anniversary of the National March for Life in Ottawa. The planning committee has already been at work for several months to make next year’s event bigger and better. As you have probably read in a previous newsletter, the 2006 March for Life was a tremendous success, the most notable aspect of which was the enthusiastic participation of young people. We would love to have 10,000 people at the 10th March for Life, so please make plans now to join us from May 9-11, 2007. That may seem a long way off, but it will be here much sooner than we all expect.
So mark the dates on your calendars, book time off work, plan a holiday to our nation’s capital to coincide with the March which will take place on May 10, prepare to meet up with your university-aged or high school students in Ottawa at that time, and get your family, friends and local high schools, colleges and universities involved, because it will be a March to remember. Be there and be part of the action! Check future CLC News issues for details as they become available, about the March, the Rose Dinner, the Youth Conference, and other related events.
