The news is Catholic Archbishop Gervais' resignation has been accepted by the pope. He will step down June 30th. The search is on for a new Archbishop.
The time is now to lobby the Vatican to give us an Archbishop who will stand up to culture of death and impose Catholic discipline on those public figures who aggressively dissent from Catholic doctrine.
But this cannot be done by email. You have to actually sit down and write a snail mail letter.

Bishop Fred Henry of Calgary: said he wouldn't sanction a Catholic funeral for Joe Clark for his support of abortion;
Father John Lemire of Cobalt Ontario, who has denied MP Charlie Angus for his support of SSM;
Archbishop Fabian Bruskewitz of Omaha, Nebraska, who has threatened excommunication to Catholics belonging to Masonic organizations;
Archbishop Raymond Burke of St. Louis, who said Presidential Candidate John Kerry should be denied Communion for supporting abortion.
