Pictures of Unborn Children

Big Blue Wave keeps growing and growing. I now have a small selection of pictures of unborn children.

Pictures of unborn children are actually difficult to get. One method that is used is called "fetoscopy". It's a technique that's used when a serious abnormality is suspected, and there's a 2-3% chance of death. I hope with 4-D imaging, pictures of unborn children become more commonplace and safer to obtain.

I often wonder about these kids who were pictured. It'd be nice to track down these kids and see how they turned out. A really neat banner would be to take one of these pictures, then put an update picture of them. It would reinforce that fetuses are really people.
