Canada Does Not Recognize Unborn Victims of Crime

In Alabama, if an unborn is shot and killed that's a crime unto itself.

The baby's mother, 29-year-old Tomeka Megginson, was wounded Wednesday after being sprayed by bullets while riding in a car on the city's eastside.

Police said Friday the case of her fetus, Baby John Doe, is being ruled a homicide under a new state law that makes it a crime to assault or murder an unborn child.

If an unborn gets shot and killed in Canada, it only matters because the mom is hurt, not the unborn.

So if your unborn, whom you've named and carried for eight months and is a part of your family is shot, the legal system doesn't regard that as murder in Canada.

Tut tut, it's just a woman's body part, although I don't know too many body parts that kick you in the abdomen. The love for your unborn, well, that's just love of a potential child. He doesn't really exist. He's a figment of your imagination who magically appears at birth. Before that, he's just a big blob of tissue with no moral value whatsoever.

That's progressivism for you.
