Australia: Lesbians sue over birth of twins

A lesbian couple only wanted one baby, not two, but the IVF doctor inserted two embryos by mistake. So now they're suing.

I wonder how that will make the "unwanted one" feel?

I love this part:

The woman said she enjoyed some aspects of the pregnancy, such as decorating the girls' nursery, but other parts were distressing, including purchasing a pram.

"It was like the last frontier of acceptance to spend hundreds of dollars on a pram [re:stroller]," she said.

Boohoo! Oh but wait...it gets better...

The couple, whose combine income exceeds $100,000, are seeking $398,000 to cover the costs of raising one of the girls, including private school fees.

Gotta love that. Didn't want the kid, now everyone has to pay for this "mistake" of a person.

That's what happens when human life is seen as a commodity, not a blessing.
