The business of torture

I'm not sure I agree with everything in this article about the business of selling items used in torture.

I am concerned, however, that Canada is a place that is used to bypass other country's ban on torture items.

Stun guns can have their legitimate uses. But an electoconvulsive batons? Truth serums? Thumbcuffs?

Sounds pretty shady.

I don't think we should legalize torture so it could be regulated.

If you legalize something to regulate it, how long before the "abuses" begin?
