Wayne State U. sued by anti-abortion student group

DETROIT - A student group is suing Wayne State University over the denial of money for a week of anti-abortion events.

Students for Life says its free-speech rights were violated last spring when Wayne State's Student Council rejected a request for $4,000.

Students for Life is a campus organization. And like other groups, it believes it should be entitled to a portion of student fees.
