And what do you get with that non-strategy of the Green Party

Follow-up to this post on the Green Party's non-strategy.

On Harper's obstruction of Parliament:

A now public 200-page formerly secret handbook was obtained by the media. This book instructed Harper’s conservative committee chairmen to obstruct parliamentary business, to storm out of meetings, and to select blatantly biased witnesses and tutor them in advance. It reminds me of the burning of the German Parliament by the Nazis in the 1930s, blaming it on the opposition and then staging the coup that ended democracy in Germany under Hitler.

Godwin's law, anyone?

When you compare a situation to Nazi Germany, make sure it's comparable.

Anyone who imagines that Harper would do something comparablt to staging a coup to install a dictatorship is either exaggerating, being demagogic, or deluded.

Gees, I wouldn't vote NDP, but I don't think they're going to set up a soviet system if they're elected. It's all well and good to make these kinds of partisan and ideologically-biased statements in a forum of political kindred spirits, but this is an election blog, and the audience is the general public.

Any sensible candidate or party would realize this. This makes the Green Party look uh...green.
