So I'm here at the Hilton in New York at the Blogher conference.
New York City is overwhelming. Even for someone like myself who's used to cities.
I took a ride in a cab after I got off the train. You know how New York cab rides are portrayed as scary in the movies?
It's not a myth. The cars all drive close together in an aggressive fashion. Not for the faint of heart.
I didn't have supper in the train and I ordered room service. Ouch. Note to my husband: honey, the breakfast at the conference is free :D
It seems like the people I meet are just like characters out of movies. It's kind of funny.
