Philly Abortion Doctor Gosnell May Face Death

Fox News:
Prosecutors in Philadelphia are debating if they want to seek the death penalty in the case of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell.

...

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has 217 death-penalty convictions on record, but the state hasn't executed anyone since mass-killer Gary Heidnik in 1999.

I genuinely hope that he does not get the death penalty. I think we kill enough people as it is in this world, we shouldn't kill if we don't have to.

However, the principle applies to anyone who engages in potentially lethal activity:

Don't want to die from capital punishment? Then don't murder!
