Question:
What was it about?
What did it accomplish?
Did anyone say anything the least bit trenchant or provocative? Did anyone talk about how our clergy in the West is not terribly orthodox and we need to cut the crap about this?
I read reports about it and I think to myself: what a snoozefest. More pontifications from Catholic official-dom.
If this is just another bla bla bla session where everyone is just nicey nicey to each other, I don't see the point.
The Church needs a good dose of Dr. Phil. It needs to get real with itself. Especially, it seems the Vatican.
