What it takes to open a lemonade stand in America

Congratulations for stifling free enterprise, statists.

I live on a fairly busy street (for a suburb) and a lemonade stand could be a viable business for my kids. It would be especially important for my oldest as she is autistic and needs as much work experience as possible.

Alas, it would not be worth my while. I think the cost of the permits would probably eat into the meagre profits.
