Crayon Gun Dad gets “apology”

You remember Jesse I’m sure. He is the father who was arrested at his daughter’s school because she drew a picture of her Daddy holding a gun and scaring away ‘Monsters’. He was subsequently subjected to an extremely invasive and humiliating strip-search.

The police found only a toy gun in the home.

The School Board and Children’s Services absolved themselves of any wrong-doing. Everyone was just following orders and co-parenting as they are mandated to do in our Ontario Nanny State.

So now we find out that the police feel they did everything right as well – except the “Thorough Search instead of a less intrusive Frisk Search”. Mr. Sansone has received an apology for that little error, but he is still not satisfied and is pursuing his legal options.
