Child Protection Should Operate Under Same Principles as Other Agencies

On the Family Coalition Party website:

The CAS should operate under the principles of fundamental justice; due process, innocent until proven guilty, substantiated evidence, with the right to face your accusers. The CAS should also act in the best interest of the child, basing their actions on reasonable evidence, not personal opinions.
