Quebec Health Unit Admits to Arranging 3rd Trimester Abortions

I call the CSSS Jeanne Mance a "Health Unit" because I think that's the closest Ontario equivalent.

She says that no third trimester abortions are performed 'between the walls' of the Health Unit.

I'm not sure what that means. We know that the CLSC des Faubourgs -- which is in their zone-- does late-term abortions. Either she is misinformed or evading or lying.

I do not exclude the possibility that she is misinformed. Third trimester abortions are such secretive procedures that I'm sure they are shielded from the staff who work there.
