Attention Catholics: Wednesday is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. You are required by Canon Law to fast-- that is, eat two small meals that are equal to one meal, and one regular meal.
You can also attend Church to get the ashes on your head. If you've been thinking about going back to the Church, Lent is a great time.
