I stumbled upon this Lifesite article from 2004:
OTTAWA, May 14, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - At Canada's annual National March for Life yesterday a crowd of 3,500, including many youth, marched through the streets of Ottawa and gathered on Parliament Hill to hear messages of encouragement and gratitude from political and religious leaders.
Wow. Compare that to 6800 that marched this year.
It seems that the March is growing at a nice pace. That 10 000 mark eludes us still, but I am confident we will get there eventually.
