I don't listen to radio stations that won't play Jesus carols, not because I'm consciously boycotting them, but because I find the constant playing up of Santa, gift-giving "the season" , etc to be tedious.
Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ. Not everyone celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. But that's the origin of the holiday.
I listen to Galaxie music, channel 710 and 750 (French) on Rogers Digital in Ottawa. They do have Jesus carols.
