NAF's Saporta re: Gosnell: "He didn't ensure fetal demise"

"The fact that he wasn't providing care later and wasn't ensuring fetal demise and not operating under any established standards of care and outside of the law is the problem in this case, and not indicative of the high quality care available across the country," Saporta said.

But he did ensure "fetal demise".

That was the whole point of stabbing their necks!

He just did it outside the womb.

Why are you horrified that he did it outside the womb, but aren't horrified at the thought of him doing it inside the womb?

You only care for the baby once he's born, but not when he's inside his mother?
