I think this suit is positively laughable.
He spread the supposed "defamation" more widely by going to the media than if he had just shut up about it--which says that he WANTED people to know what others said because it was to his advantage
When people spread embarrassing lies about me that can damage my reputation, I don't tell others about the said lie.
That this lawsuit was allowed to proceed is shocking.
It is utterly baseless.
