Spring Break practically gives men the permission to act like criminals. Instead of letting women go there and enabling them, tell women to not go. Not a difficult idea.
And nobody talks about the ridiculous drink and drug culture. Intoxication is a huge elephant in the room. That should've been addressed decades ago.
