VIDEO: Mike Duffy is not the Only Scandal

The rules are not being applied evenly to everyone.

My hunch is Mike Duffy is going to be acquitted. I think the rules were not clear, so he did what everyone else was doing, and he's the one who caught doing it. If we stringently applied those rules to Senators, I suspect there would be quite a few more trials...
